(假后综合症指的是在即将回去上班之前人们普遍感到的抑郁心情，通常是由度假期间不规律的生活方式导致的)，symptoms include fatigue, lack of appetite and concentration, irritability and a feeling of helplessness.(假后综合症的症状包括感到疲惫、没有胃口、无法集中精力、易怒和无助感等)。
