　　思路点拨 　　1.内容的选取可以是贴近生活的法规，如：限塑令（The ban on free plastic bags)或者，交通方面的关于酒驾的法规（The drunk driving law）等。这样，在解释为什么这是条好的法律的时候，更方便考生结合自身来谈感想。 　　2.时态方面要注意第二问，需用过去式来说明知道该法律的途径。 　　Part 3-1 　　Do all Chinese people obey the law? 　　思路点拨 　　答案肯定是否定的，那么如何打开论述守法和违法的情况？可以分具体情况来举例，如：有些人违反交通规定(violate fraffic regulations)是因为，惩罚措施（penalties）不严重，或者缺乏严厉的体系（supervision system）；相反，有些惩罚措施严重的法规，比如刑事案件（criminal cases），相对就比较少人敢作案。
