Such difficulties are still hard to be conquered, since those sustainable resources, when comparing them with fossil fuels that, at least currently, are relatively more easily gained and high in conversion rate, are not always easy to obtain: for the wind, measurements might be meticulously carried out to acquire the power generated by it in specific places located at the vicinity of valleys or hollows, for example, and instruments in transforming and transporting the powers also require manpower and financial flows to make breakthroughs for a high conversing and reserve ratio.
