提 要 针对国内外用屡试法调试钢轨接触焊参数十分费时耗材,首次应用逐次正交试验法并辅以CAD,其优化焊轨参数的科学性已为简便和高效所证明。

Abstract To counter the fact that for readjusting the rail resistance welding parameters,the again and again method which is in common used at home and abroad expended much time and much material, the round-for-round orthogonal test method with its CAD is used for the first time .The scientificness of this method to optimize welding technical parameters has been proved by its simplicity and efficiency.

图1 第×轮正交焊轨试验流程图
